Full platforms — auth, GST billing, dashboards, hardening

When a website is not the answer and a spreadsheet stopped being one two years ago.

Scope

A custom platform costs ₹5,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 and takes 8 to 16 weeks. That range is deliberately wide because platform scope varies more than any other engagement — I will not quote one without a Diagnostic Sprint first.

Included: authentication and role-based access, Razorpay integration with GST-compliant invoicing, PostgreSQL or Supabase with row-level security, admin and operational dashboards, security hardening, deployment, and 90 days of support after go-live.

Security is not a later phase

Row-level security, parameterised queries, rate limiting and secret handling are designed before the first route is written, not audited in afterwards. On a platform holding customer records and payment data, retrofitted security is how businesses end up on a breach disclosure list.

Common questions

What is the difference between a platform and a website?
A website presents information and captures enquiries. A platform runs an operation — users log in, records change, money moves, and roles determine who can do what. If your staff currently run the business out of WhatsApp groups and Excel files, you need a platform.
Why do you insist on a Diagnostic Sprint first?
Because a blind platform quote is either padded to cover unknown risk or wrong. ₹35,000 and two weeks produces a workflow map, a system specification and a real ROI model — and the fee is credited in full against the project if you book within 30 days.

Describe the problem in your own words.

No technical language needed. I reply personally within 24 hours. Most engagements start with a ₹35,000 Diagnostic Sprint, credited in full against the project if you proceed within 30 days.
