The arithmetic that decides it
Take the task you want automated. Multiply hours per week by your loaded hourly cost by 52. If the answer is above ₹3,00,000 a year, automation pays back inside twelve months and the decision is straightforward. If it is under ₹1,00,000, do not automate it — the system will cost more than the problem.
