Answer

How long does it take to build?

The development is rarely the slow part. Your data is.

The timelines

A production B2B website takes 4 to 6 weeks from signature to go-live. An AI agent system takes 5 to 8 weeks. A full platform takes 8 to 16 weeks. A Diagnostic Sprint takes 2 weeks and produces the specification the others are built from.

What causes delays

Product data, almost every time. A catalogue build needs your products in some structured form, and the gap between "we have a price list" and "we have clean product data" is usually two weeks of extraction and correction. The Santosh catalogue was assembled from nine separate price-list PDFs.

After that: waiting on brand assets, waiting on decisions from someone who was not in the kickoff, and scope added mid-build. The last one is handled by fixed scope and a written change process rather than goodwill.

How to make it fast

Send whatever product data exists on day one, however messy. Name one decision-maker who can approve without a committee. Book the weekly review call as a recurring slot rather than scheduling it each week. Those three things account for most of the difference between a four-week build and a nine-week one.

Common questions

Can you do it faster if I pay more?
Rarely, and I will not promise it. The constraint is usually data readiness and decision latency on your side, neither of which more money fixes. I take four clients a quarter specifically so that timelines hold.
What if I need it by a fixed date?
Say so before signature and we scope backwards from the date — shipping a smaller correct system on time beats a larger one late. That is a scoping decision, not a speed decision.

Describe the problem in your own words.

No technical language needed. I reply personally within 24 hours. Most engagements start with a ₹35,000 Diagnostic Sprint, credited in full against the project if you proceed within 30 days.
